LAS VEGAS – Contemporary furniture supplier Sunbathing Area It will move to a larger Las Vegas showroom in time for the next market, January 28-February. 1, 2024. The new space is on the second floor of building B, which is being re-marketed for “better” home furnishings brands.
“Exposing our brand in the Las Vegas Market has always been important to us and our growth in the West Coast and Latin American markets,” said Sunpan CEO Sundeep Bagga. “Moving to a larger and more prominent showroom space will not only increase Sunpan’s visibility, but also create a more elevated environment for our customers. “We’re very optimistic about the next chapter in Las Vegas.”
The new showroom will allow for more curated vignettes to be offered across multiple categories, including living, dining and bar, bedroom, office, outdoor, rugs, artwork, mirrors and lighting. Similar to the company’s High Point showroom, the new space will include dedicated galleries for chairs, rugs and nightstands, as well as a dedicated area for outdoor furniture. The space will have two entrances, as well as an expanded bar and hospitality area.
“Sunpan’s Las Vegas showroom expansion demonstrates its commitment to the market, both in terms of the return on investment it delivers and the future opportunities it will provide,” said Andmore chief growth officer Dorothy Belshaw.
The company calls the move a turning point, as it had been exhibiting in its previous space on the building’s seventh floor since 2006. The move also aligns with the opening of the company’s first US warehouse in Houston. The 200,000-square-foot warehouse announced in March is now open.
Sunpan specializes in transitional and contemporary furniture. It sells exclusively to furniture retailers, interior design firms and other members of the design industry.
